Our products are sold via all distribution channels: hospitals, private clinics, doctors’ offices (general practitioners, GP), pharmacies (current coverage: 95%), and OTC channels (pharmacies, health care shops, baby shops, supermarkets).
Our services include logistics, sales support, import, warehousing:
Logistics
- Speedy delivery to pharmacies and private clinics
- Weekly deliveries to Government Hospital and Private Hospital, urgent delivery as requested
- Delivery of cold chain products from port to customers (2-8 degrees controlled)
- Goods return and replacement within 7 days
Sales Support
- production of advertising material
- approval of promotion activities
- daily customers visits
Import Services
- customs clearance
- collection at Macau port
Warehousing
Our two warehouses have 24h security & CCTV, and are pest controled by Ecolab. We also provide 24h temperature controlled warehousing.
